The service

Chat2Website Studio designs and builds websites for businesses and personal brands, following the process on the home page: questionnaire, choosing a style, comments and changes, approval, payment and launch.

Approvals

No site goes live without your approval. You pay only after you have approved the site in writing.

Price and payment

The price is set after the questionnaire, based on the size of the site, and sent to you personally before work starts. It includes your domain for the first year. A payment link is sent to you personally after approval. [to confirm: Domain renewal, updates after launch, invoices]

Ownership

The domain is registered in your name, and the hosting account is opened in your name. The site we deliver is yours.

Your content

You are responsible for having the right to use the text and photos you send us. We never invent facts, reviews or numbers, and we ask you to confirm every detail.

Showing our work

We show your site as an example only if you explicitly agree.

Liability

We test every site before it goes live. Third-party services (hosting, domain registrar, contact form) are subject to those providers' terms. [to confirm: Final liability wording: for legal review]
